Aspen Everett is a poet and artist rising from the wind-tossed flatlands of Kansas. A practitioner of Heathen Mythology, he is haunted by extinctions and empty ecosystems. Undereducated and self-motivated (mostly), Aspen is a full-time father first and a writer when he can be. Utilizing paganism as activism, Aspen hopes to reanimate a living world and rewrite the cultural narrative of dominion and create myths of mutualism. Former host of ‘Blue Owl, Blue Now Open Mic Nights’ and editor of Under the Devil’s Thumb, Aspen will always be at home beneath the shadow of the Indian Peaks.
