Brice Maiurro is a poet, writer, editor, publisher and community organizer from Denver, Colorado. In January of 2019, Westword recognized his as one of 100 Colorado Creatives, a recognition of his contributions to the arts community in Colorado. He is the founding editor of Punch Drunk Press, the Editor-In-Chief of South Broadway Ghost Society, and the Poetry Editor for Suspect Press. His second collection of poems, Hero Victim Villain, was released in June of 2019 from Stubborn Mule Press.
Brice believes in making his writing accessible, and aims to use humor and real-life scenarios to bring in new people to the world of poetry. His writing has been featured in the Love Shovel Review, Boulder Weekly, The Denver Post, Suspect Press, Birdy, The Lune and more.
