2016-17, 23 Summer Camp Director

After a 5 year hiatus, Cicada is taking on the Summer Camp Director role again. She was the Summer Camp Director for Beyond Academia Free Skool in 2016 and 2017 and is back this year to do it again, with more community experience under her belt. She’s been living in Upstate New York on a commune and farm and spending her time learning from the land, nurturing community processes and ritual, collaging, and talking to plants. She and Taliesin are in the process of a long transition out of the community and will eventually be moving back to the Front Range more permanently. But in the meantime, they’re here for camp and ready to rock! She’s looking forward to working with you all to put on stellar camp this year
